  • Notes
    • 12 Mar 2001 - Reference page 31 in the Medlam PDF Files. His name was shown with a straight line relation to Mary Chisholm, married to Hugh MacDonell, which is not correct.

29 Sep 2002 - Rev. Archibald was educated at St. F. X., St. Mary's College in Montreal and the Grande Seminaire in Montreal. He was ordained at Arichat by Bishop Cameron on June 25, 1871. He served as Pastor at Judique from 1877 until September, 1922. DJC has a copy of a picture in his files taken at Judique of 33 Priests attending Father Archie's Celebration of 50 years as a Priest.

On a separate File named MabouPioneers there was one Chisholm from Long Point who willed his best milk cow to Father Archie. Ray MacLean stated in a memo to DJC that Father Archie was known as "An Sagart Mor", the big Priest.
