    • 30 Mar 2001 - Reference page 222 in the Medlam PDF Files. Alexander was born in Scotland and acquired through his first wife Christina 4,000 acres of land on the seven mile long Chisholm Island. DJC assumes that this island is in the Carolinas.

      22 Mar 2002 - Alexander initiated the Court Case known as Chisholm vs Georgia and this in turn resulted in the 11th Amendment to the US Constitution.

      Alexander was stated to have been brought to America by his widowed mother in 1746(The year of Culloden). He remained loyal to Great Britain during the American Revolution but was not expelled from South Carolina nor was his estate confiscated. Clan Fraser stated that he was born in 1748.
